Plastic Injection Mold Design and Fabrication
We fabricate plastic injection molds in manufacturing casings for
all types of plastic products including printers, PC chassis, PDAs,

After the design validation and manufacturing process creation is
complete, the process moves to pre-production where computer
instructions detailing the exact tool paths, tolerance levels, and
type of mill tips and machines are downloaded into the machining
center. When the mold master, milled from graphite or copper
blocks, adheres to the original specifications, the mold and mold
base are produced through a combination of precision milling,
grinding, and electro-discharge machining (EDM). tooling designs

including aluminum, unhardened and hardened steel for hand-load
and cam action tools.
